Customs clearing and freight forwarding, handled end to end
Licensed by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) as a Clearing Agent in terms of Section 216A of the Customs and Excise Act (Chapter 23:02). We offer a full range of services across sea, road, rail and air freight.
Service 01
Customs Clearing
Customs clearing is the core of what we do. As a ZIMRA-licensed clearing agent we prepare and lodge your declarations, make sure duties and taxes are assessed correctly, and stay with the entry until your goods are released.
What is included
- Tariff classification and valuation checks before the entry is lodged
- Preparation and submission of Bills of Entry for imports, exports and transit
- Pre-clearance of documents ahead of the cargo reaching the border
- Liaison with ZIMRA and other border agencies on queries, examinations and releases
- Guidance on permits, licences and rebates that apply to your goods

Service 02
Freight Forwarding
We plan and coordinate the movement of your cargo by sea, road, rail and air. One team manages the booking, the paperwork and the handovers between carriers, and keeps you informed at every stage.
What is included
- Routing advice across sea, road, rail and air
- Carrier booking and coordination of handovers between modes
- Shipping documentation, including bills of lading and air waybills
- Progress updates from pick-up to final delivery
Ideal for: Businesses moving goods into, out of or through Zimbabwe.

Sea freight
Containerised and break-bulk cargo through the regional seaports, with onward inland movement into Zimbabwe.

Cross-border and local road haulage through Beitbridge, Forbes, Plumtree, Chirundu, Nyamapanda, Victoria Falls and Kazungula.

Service 03
Bonded & General Warehousing
Not every consignment is ready to be cleared or delivered the day it arrives. We arrange bonded storage for goods on which duty has not yet been paid, and general storage for cleared cargo awaiting distribution.

- Bonded warehousing for goods held under customs control until duty is paid or the goods are re-exported
- General warehousing for cleared cargo
- Receiving, storage and release coordinated with your clearance
- Documentation for goods entering and leaving bond

Service 04
International Trade Consultancy
Getting the customs treatment right before you ship avoids delays and unexpected costs at the border. Our leadership includes a former ZIMRA customs officer, and we use that inside knowledge of procedure to advise you before your cargo moves.

Service 05
Removal In Bond
Removal In Bond (RIB) allows goods to travel under customs control from the port of entry to an inland customs station or bonded warehouse, where they are cleared. It keeps your cargo moving instead of waiting at the border.
Ideal for: Consignments destined for inland clearance in Harare or for bonded storage.
What is included
- Preparation and lodging of RIB entries
- Coordination of the bonded movement from the border to the inland destination
- Acquittal of the bond once the goods arrive and are accounted for
- Final clearance at the inland station or entry into a bonded warehouse
Service 06
Transit Cargo Facilitation
Zimbabwe sits at the centre of the region’s trade corridors. We handle the customs formalities for cargo that enters at one border and exits at another, so your trucks spend less time parked and more time moving.

- Transit declarations at the port of entry
- Coordination between our teams at the entry and exit border posts
- Monitoring of the consignment while it crosses Zimbabwe

Service 07
Border Attendance & Transit Monitoring
Paperwork is only half the job. Our border team meets your drivers, presents documents, attends inspections and follows each truck until it is released, then keeps monitoring it while it is in transit.
Ideal for: Fleet operators and cargo owners who want eyes on every crossing.

- Meeting drivers on arrival and guiding them through border formalities
- Attendance at physical examinations and inspections
- Follow-up on queries until the consignment is released
- Transit monitoring and progress updates to the cargo owner
